On 22nd September 23 I start a 4 week project working with EHRA, a Namibian registered non profit organisation. They work to conserve the last desert dwelling elephants. The remaining numbers of elephants in Africa as a whole are disputed, but the EHRA estimate that an elephant is killed every 15 minutes – namely to satisfy a human desire for ivory.
